Your questions

What about hygiene and food safety?

Nothing changes: you sell today’s products, in your shop, under your usual rules. Food safety remains your responsibility, as with any sale.

How do I handle allergens?

As you do every day: you inform the customer in store, at pickup. The website reminds them to ask you before paying.

How does the customer pay?

Directly to you, at pickup, in cash or by card. Encore Bon never touches your customers’ money.

What if the customer doesn’t show up?

Mark them as a no-show in one tap and that bag isn’t billed. After 2 no-shows within 60 days, the customer can’t book for 30 days.

What goes in a bag?

Whatever you have left at the end of the day. You state an honest estimated value and a price of about a third, usually between €4.99 and €7.99.

How am I billed?

Once a month, a statement lists your collected bags × €1.49. It serves as your invoice, without VAT (VAT franchise).

Can I stop?

Yes, at any time, without notice. Just stop publishing or write to us.
